I am passionate about IT&C, education and project management. I consider I have good team management and communication skills at individual, team or extended group level. I always try to find areas of personal improvement or on the activities I am involved in and I always try to make my work and the work of the teams I'm managing as efficient as possible. Being involved in many activities, I am able to manage the time very efficiently. I have gained the skills above also by:
- participating to a soft skills training in New Delhi, India (2013)
- delivering training sessions in the academic and EMEA corporate environment;
- managing teams of children to learn and teachers to deliver mathematics having a very good and tight schedule (2003 - 2015)
- participating to the European project Euroscola and thus being part of the team representing my country to the debate "Ways of communication in E.U.", European Parliament, Strasbourg, France (2001)
- participating to the Esperanto International Congress having the theme "Languages, cultures and permanent education", Florence, Italy (2006)
- participating to the pedagogical modules from the Politehnica University and Vest University (2003 - 2007)

Experience
I am involved in the development of Savnet Training Center from its beginnings, by coordinating the operational and strategic development of the project. I've managed to create and currently I'm leading a team and an environment where passion meets competence for providing high quality IT&C educational services, the results of our work being now recognized on national and international level for the Telecom Networking educational services.
Among my main responsabilities were to:
- Define the guidelines of the project, identifying and taking into account the needs of our students and of the industry
- Execute the project to meet the required standard of quality (time, budget, functionality);
- build a team of passionate people for the project (consultants, trainers, administrative)
- Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, plan & monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities , monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations
- Manage project finance: ensure delivery according to budget
- Ensure consistent project communication
- Provide overall direction to the team
- Facilitate the identification and management of risk
- Anticipate and identify current and future L&D requirements
- Ensure business success;
