Analysis and independent resolution of incoming customer inquiries
Routing of high-priority tickets, including your own initial analysis
Independent development services in the field of monitoring, scripting and cloud or pipeline
Provide 3rd level support
Degree or an accredited education (e.g. computer science, IT specialist, business informatics)
Experience with data-driven cloud-based applications
Focus on the operation and automation of the IT infrastructure
Experience in developing with Java
Knowledge of AWS and Azure desirable
Good knowledge of web applications (TLS, certificates, caching, load balancing, proxying, virtual
hosts, backup strategies).
Knowledge and experience in the operation of highly available IT applications.
Experience with Linux, eCommerce solutions (“CommerceTool, Intershop, Hybris, etc.) or data-driven
applications is an advantage.
You are familiar with the use of ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
Ideally, experience in dealing with international customers
