YOUR TASKS
Coordination and processing of customer inquiries
Management of sophisticated applications based on Hybris
Alarm system monitoring
2nd level support and single point of contact of our partners and development teams.
Central contact for customers
Management and coordination of a team of e-commerce specialists
Be responsible for the support of eCommerce systems in a complex software environment, based on
Java technologies.
Task prioritization and assignment
Escalation management - providing proactive monitoring of customer issues and also escalating them
in order to offer support to their custom
YOUR PROFILE
Degree or an accredited education (e.g. computer science, IT specialist, business informatics)
Focus on operation and automation of IT infrastructure
Good technical understanding and high communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in defining and complying with SLAs
Structured approach in escalation management
Organizational skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
Experience in IT management or in team leadership
Experience in the use of ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow
Ideally, experience in dealing with international customers
Readiness for 24x7 shift work; Fluent German and English skills
